摘要: 随着城市规划进入到数字规划时期,规划工作的运作越来越依赖信息系统的支持。高效的客户服务管理是信息工作持续发展的重要保障。本文介绍目前在广州市规划局投入使用的客户服务管理系统应用情况,展望客户服务管理今后的发展方向。

Abstract: Urban planning has entered into a new era of digital planning. The development of urban planning relies on information system more and more. The efficiency of customer service has become an important thing to assure the urban planning informatization. This essay introduces the experiences of customer service management system in Guangzhou planning bureau. At last, it predicts the future development of customer service in the field of urban planning.
